The administrator of personal data processed in connection with the organization of the event EuroScience Open Forum Katowice 12-15 June 2024 Life Changes Science is ESOF2024 organizing committee: the European Association for the Advancement of Science and Technology based in Strasbourg; the City of Katowice; the University of Silesia in Katowice.

3. transferring personal data processed in an automated manner in connection with the performance of the contract (i.e. transferring data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format e.g. txt., pdf., odt., doc., rtf., jpeg., XML, JSON , CSV);
4. requests to limit the processing of personal data;
5. request to delete personal data.

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection with its registered office in Warsaw (00-193), Stawki 2. The rights referred to above can be exercised by contacting the administrator at the address given at the beginning. Providing personal data is not mandatory, but failure to do so will prevent participation in the event. No decisions will be taken in relation to processing.
