The consent below may be revoked at any time, provided that the withdrawal of consent does not apply to advertising, promotional, and marketing materials produced prior to the date of its withdrawal.

I consent to the free and unlimited recording, use, reproduction, and dissemination of my image, recorded by the Event Industry Association, ul. Nowy Świat 33/13, 00-029 Warszawa  Krs: 0000373990, Regon: 142739086, Tax Identification Number: 527-264-70-66 and event partners, during Event Biznes - Nowe Horyzonty on October 20, 2026, in the form of photos and video materials, for the purpose of their publication - alone or in combination with other content - on university websites, social media (in particular: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and in the Association's marketing and information materials, for documentation, reporting, advertising, promotional and marketing purposes.*

I consent to the recording and dissemination of my image in the form of photographs and videos taken during the Event Biznes – Nowe Horyzonty conference, organized by the Event Industry Association (SBE), for documentation, information, and promotional purposes, including publication on social media, websites, and SBE promotional materials. I have been informed that I may withdraw my consent at any time.

I consent to the processing of my personal data for marketing purposes by partners of the Event Industry Association (SBE), in particular for the purpose of providing information about the Event Biznes – Nowe Horyzonty conference and future events, training courses and SBE projects (e.g. by e-mail).

The personal data controller is the Event Industry Association (SBE).
Data is processed for the purpose of participating in the conference and, if consent is given, also for marketing purposes. You have the right to access, correct, delete, and withdraw your data at any time.

1. RULES OF PARTICIPATION - Event Business New Horizons

1 Organizer: The event is organized by the Event Industry Association (SBE).

2 Participation: Participation requires registration via the online form and the provision of true information.

3 Rules of Participation: The organizer reserves the right to change the program and organizational rules of the event.

4 Image: The event is recorded in photo and video format. Participants may consent to the use of their image for SBE promotional and marketing purposes.

5 Personal Data: Data is processed for the purpose of organizing the event and – in the case of consent – ​​for marketing purposes.

6 Final Provisions: Registration constitutes acceptance of the regulations.

SBE – Corporate Hosted Buyers Program – Rules.

1. The Event Industry Association (SBE) invites employees of corporations and institutions that organize events to attend the "Event Biznes Nowe Horyzonty" (Event Business: New Horizons) conference free of charge.
2. The invitee should work in a Marketing, Sales, or MICE department (where such a department exists).
3. The invitee is required to attend four 1:1 meetings between 11:15 AM and 11:55 AM; these meetings will be scheduled by SBE.
4. Failure to attend the scheduled meetings obliges the invitee to pay the event participation fee of 449 PLN (gross).
5. The final decision regarding acceptance into the program rests with SBE.
6. Anyone may submit an application; upon acceptance, a confirmation—including a QR code granting admission—will be sent automatically via the MEETING15 platform.
