Nowy Świat 33/13, 00-029 Warszawa  Krs: 0000373990, Regon: 142739086, Tax Identification Number: 527-264-70-66 and event partners, during Event Biznes - Nowe Horyzonty on October 20, 2026, in the form of photos and video materials, for the purpose of their publication - alone or in combination with other content - on university websites, social media (in particular: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and in the Association's marketing and information materials, for documentation, reporting, advertising, promotional and marketing purposes.*

I consent to the recording and dissemination of my image in the form of photographs and videos taken during the Event Biznes – Nowe Horyzonty conference, organized by the Event Industry Association (SBE), for documentation, information, and promotional purposes, including publication on social media, websites, and SBE promotional materials. I have been informed that I may withdraw my consent at any time.

I consent to the processing of my personal data for marketing purposes by partners of the Event Industry Association (SBE), in particular for the purpose of providing information about the Event Biznes – Nowe Horyzonty conference and future events, training courses and SBE projects (e.g. by e-mail).

5 Personal Data: Data is processed for the purpose of organizing the event and – in the case of consent – ​​for marketing purposes.

6 Final Provisions: Registration constitutes acceptance of the regulations.
