Access to your personal data is available to entities that help the administrator organize an event, including via the MEETING15 platform. Personal data will be processed until the purpose for which they were collected ceases. Data may be processed for the time necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims.
You have the right to:

access to your personal data (i.e. check what data is processed by the administrator, obtain a copy thereof, as well as obtain information about for what purpose and on what legal grounds the administrator processes the data, to whom it is disclosed and when it will be deleted);

requests to rectify and supplement personal data (in the event that it turns out to be incorrect or incomplete);

transferring personal data processed in an automated manner in connection with the performance of the contract (i.e. transferring data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format e.g. txt., pdf., odt., doc., rtf., jpeg., XML, JSON , CSV);

requests to limit the processing of personal data;

request to delete personal data.
In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection with its registered office in Warsaw (00-193), Stawki 2. The rights referred to above can be exercised by contacting the administrator at the address given at the beginning. Providing personal data is not mandatory, but failure to do so will prevent participation in the event. No decisions will be taken in relation to processing.
